Dear VSM Students and Parents,

 

We have some exciting information about NAYC!

 

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT NAYC:

North American Youth Congress is the largest youth event that we have the privilege to take our students to. Attendance has grown so large that they had to move it into a football stadium! How cool is that? This year, NAYC19 will be in St Louis, Missouri at The Dome at America’s Center. We would like to take as many of our kids as possible to this major event.

 

THE DETAILS:

The first question that is probably on all your minds is cost, right? This year the total cost for everything will be $500.00. This cost is ALL INCLUSIVE. That means registration, hotel, charter bus, and ALL food will be included. We are launching this price now to give you five months to pay on this total! We are looking into fundraising opportunities as well, so stay tuned!

 

When is NAYC you ask? Good question! We will leave on Wednesday, July 31st and return Saturday, August 3rd.

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Once you’ve made the choice to go to this event, we need something to hold your spot! We are asking for a $30.00 down payment by THIS SUNDAY, March 3rd. Without this down payment we can’t buy your registration with the group, therefore you’d be unable to attend with VSM. We want EVERY one of our young people to go, so if there is a financial need message Pastor Billy!

 

After your initial payment, congrats! You’re in! We will send out the remaining payment dates allowing you to budget when you would need to give.
